What if the murti arrives damaged or broken?

At Rudjap, we take great care in packing and shipping every murti safely — but sometimes, damage can occur during transit. If your murti arrives broken or damaged, don’t worry.

Just inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the issue, and we’ll either:

Send a free replacement, or

Offer a full refund — whichever you prefer.

How long does shipping take?

We usually process all verified orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays). Once shipped, your murti will typically arrive within 3–4 working days, depending on your location and pincode.

We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?

We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders above ₹299.

For international orders, shipping charges apply and are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination country. Shipping costs will be visible at checkout once you enter your delivery details.

Every murti is carefully packed with bubble wrap and protective materials to ensure it reaches safely, whether you're in Delhi or Dubai.

Can you tell me more about your shipping process?

For orders within India, we typically take 1 day to process your order. Once shipped, your murti will usually arrive within 3–4 working days, depending on your location.

For international orders, the shipping time may vary based on the number of items, package weight, and destination country. Once your order is placed, our team will either contact you directly or send you a message with estimated shipping charges and delivery timelines.

Every murti is securely packed to ensure safe delivery.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

Can I see your certificates?

Yes, absolutely! At Rudjap, we believe in full transparency and building trust with our customers. We are a registered business with a valid GST number, which we can share with you upon request. You can use it to verify our authenticity through the official government portal.

Where are your products made?

All our products at Rudjap are proudly designed and manufactured in India. Every idol is crafted with love and precision at our own workspace in Delhi using high-quality resin and 3D printing technology. Our dedicated team of skilled artists hand-paints each piece to ensure it carries the richness of Indian culture and unmatched detail.

We don’t import mass-produced items — every Rudjap murti is 100% made in India, with quality you can see and feel.

Do you offer samples of your product?

No, we currently do not offer samples of our products. Each idol is carefully crafted with premium materials and detailed finishing, and we maintain the same high quality across every piece. However, you can explore detailed photos and videos of our products before placing your order.
